Linear Actuators
Linear actuators are essentially an electric (often DC) motor that translates rotational movement into linear motion. This is usually done by turning a lead screw that pushes a drive nut up and down as the lead screw turns.
A shaft is conencted to the drive nut so that the protruding shaft moves forward and back as the lead screw turns.
